Integration Training Mentorship (ITM)

ITM’s aim is to educate PTs and contribute to improving the quality and standard of personal training here in Australia, by teaching principles of training that aim at training clients more effectively at any age or ability.

Structure of the Course

1st CYCLE:

Conditioning & Hypertrophy Phase run over 4 wks

Followed by 1-week workplace assessment at your gym/studio or workplace to confirm 1st Cycle

2nd CYCLE:

Strength Phase & introduction to FITMOVES & Reconditioning FITMOVES (one-on-one) run over 4 wks

Followed by 1-week workplace assessment at your gym/studio or workplace to confirm 2nd Cycle

3rd CYCLE:

Power Phase & FITMOVES Outside & FITMOVES Circuit variations run over 4 wks

Followed by 1 week workplace assessment at your gym/studio or workplace to confirm 3rd Cycle

4th CYCLE:

Power Endurance Phase, FITMOVES, Gorilla Strength & Event Specific run over 4 wks

Followed by 1 week workplace assessment at your gym/studio or workplace to confirm 4th Cycle

Why ITM is a different course!

I believe that we are losing the art of knowing how to train people correctly.

I believe that we are trying to sell people on what we can do for them, instead of letting your training sell you FIRST!

This course gives you the tools and confidence to train clients and have a complete understanding on how to program clients for life.

The practical application that this course gives you:

1. Over 4 hours of practical work per week

2. One on one time with head facilitator each week

3. Program client check ins

4. Phase confirmations AFTER COURSE!

I have designed this course to benefit those PTs that seek education for their own businesses.

What Completion of This Course will give You

1. You will develop a training philosophy and better organise your clients and your own training.

2. You will understand a simplistic effective approach to Periodisation for all clientele that will make you stand out from other PTs.

3. You will understand the basics of program design to use those skills to up-skill programming new clients for your own business.

4. There are only 2 people from Australia that have completed these courses, this is cutting edge training philosophies.

5. You will understand how to put it all together – from what happens first, per questionnaire, to test or not to test (my opinion in it) and creating the plan so it all fits in.

6. You will understand our “hybrid system” that introduces you to a 3-Tier-Integration system, never been taught in Australia.

7. You will have an understanding of the effective conditioning circuit FITMOVES that can be used for all ages, abilities and skill sets.

8. You will gain an understanding of a session make up comprising of and understanding of a warm up, whole body of a session and what finishers to uses for your clients, if needed.

9. You have unlimited resources to train with myself and revise the Integration system with correct technique and intensity.

10. You will have confidence in personal training like you have never had before.
